Hi Everyone!
Most, if not all, the people on my email list know the Lord. Those that know the Lord are excited for His coming. Those that are afraid may not know the Lord, or maybe they are unsure of where they will spend eternity. Personally, I have such an urgency in my heart as I write this because I believe the time is running out and the Lord will be returning for His Bride soon.
Now before you think I’m one of those weird “date-setters”, hear me out. Those “date-setters” or “false prophets” have done a lot of harm to deceive people and therefore shut their minds to the truth. Yet the signs that Jesus talked about are here. Signs in the heavens with the Blood Moons with the last being a super moon, solar eclipses, etc. In itself, they are not new, however the fact that they fall on God’s appointed days in 2014 and 2015 – that’s not only unusual, but they have a history behind them! You can read about this more in Mark Biltz’s book on the Blood Moons and John Hagee’s book and videos as well.
There are also signs on the earth – many more earthquakes of major proportions, tornadoes, and unusual weather. Nations – the exact nations the Bible tells us about – are coming against Israel just as prophesied long ago. Political and economic upheavals and various religions coming together saying we all serve one “god” – not the God of the Bible, and there is compromise of God’s Word. Good people are being deceived, some even in their own churches.
For those interested, I came across a website that is Messianic and gives Elohim’s 7000 Year Plan according to the Hebraic calendar. It’s an eye-opener! Ask the Lord to give you discernment. The website is www.torahcalendar.com and then go to the right side of the page and click on the 7000 year plan.
Then, in addition to these other signs, people of all religions are having dreams and visions of Jesus in record numbers never heard of before. Yes, people will always say that there have always been wars and rumors of wars, etc. True – but wait – there’s one thing that makes this time different – and it makes ALL the difference in the world. Israel is back in their land, and all of Jerusalem is Israel’s. This very fact is the start of God’s end-time clock.
Even more important to think about than all these things is what Rabbi/Pastor Jonathan Cahn says when he asks people if they would like to receive Jesus in their hearts and be saved. He says that eternity is only ONE HEARTBEAT away. Think of it – only one heartbeat!
Where you spend eternity is up to you. Folks, it’s not about religion. It doesn’t matter what religion you are whether Catholic, Protestant, Jewish – whatever. It’s about relationship. It’s not about doing your “duty” to go to a church/religious service. It’s about Jesus’ love for you and your love for Him. It’s that simple. It’s about His freedom to do and be all that He has for you.
If you don’t know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior and would like to receive Him in your life – say this prayer and mean it in your heart:
Lord Jesus, I believe You are the Son of God, and that You died on the cross for my sins. I ask You to forgive me of all my sins. Come into my life, be my Lord and Savior, and I will follow You all the days of my life. Thank You for giving me eternal life and thank You that now I am born again. Amen.
If you prayed that prayer in your heart, you now have eternal life! You don’t have to “feel” different right away. Just receive this gift of salvation by faith, for it is by the grace of God and faith that you are saved. Read the Bible every day and let His Word sink into your heart. Find a Bible believing, Holy Spirit filled church that will help you grow stronger in faith. Welcome to the family of Christ!
Blessings, Evelyn
Evelyn, This is so timely. We need the reminder that this earthly life is temporary and short. Eternity is forever. From a sinful world to a perfect one with Jesus. What a gift!
Thank you Linda. I appreciate your response. Sometimes we get so caught up with the busyness of life that we don’t realize that our life on earth is just a very small part of our journey. Jesus said that when we see all these things happening, rejoice for our redemption draws near. Let’s keep our eyes on Him!
Blessings, Evelyn
