Jesus, Super Hero

Hello Everyone!

The Lord gave me this cute short story in 2013 and I thought you may like to read it.

Super Hero Jesus comes in the air, not with a cape, but with a robe of righteousness. He comes with healing in His wings. He’s faster than lightening, for He created lightening. He can walk through walls and come into our very souls. He can change hearts with just one word. He’s so big, He can hold us in His hand. His power is so great, it holds the universe in it’s place. Yet He is so gentle, He sheds a tear when our hearts are broken – then He reaches in and fixes them. Just His glance will melt hearts.

He can take ashes and turn them into something beautiful. He can confuse our enemies and turn them against each other. He can send locusts and hail and in an instant create boils – yet in an instant heal them. He can make the sun stand still and part a sea. He can provide a coin in a fish’s mouth. He can make a donkey talk.

He doesn’t need a phone booth – no rock of Plutonium or anything else can stop Him. He has no weakness. He doesn’t need potions to perform miracles. His power is unlimited and unstoppable. He is Love. His book (Bible) has the greatest adventures of all time and the best part is – it’s real.

Yet of all these things, He is a Super Hero because of His super love for you and me. Who could ask for anything more?

All you have to do to get to know Him is to ask Him to come into your heart. Receive Him as your Savior, confess your sins, and you are His forever love. He will give you eternal life. Doesn’t everyone want a super hero like Jesus?
